Returns & Exchanges

At SeizeTheDay, we want you to be completely happy with your purchase! That’s why we offer free returns and exchanges to make your experience seamless. Please review our policy below to ensure eligibility for returns.

Return Policy

Time Frame: Items can be returned within 14 days of delivery.

Condition: All items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition, including tags and packaging.

Non-Returnable Items: For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on underwear, swimwear, and gift cards.

How to Initiate a Return

  1. Contact our Customer Service Team at 'customers@szetheday.com': Please make sure to include your order number along side the reason for your return.
  2. FREE Accepted Returns (see list at bottom of page): On receipt of your email. if the for the return falls within our 'FREE accepted returns' list, we will send you a returns slip with the cost of shipping pre-paid. If the reason falls outside of our 'FREE accepted returns list' then you'll receive an email confirming your return and the address in which to return the item too.
  3. Ship Your Return: Drop off your package at the nearest shipping location. We’ll process your return within 7-10 business days of receipt.

Exchanges

  • Exchanges: We offer unlimited free exchanges if they fall within our 'FREE accepted returns list'. We also offer ONE free exchange for different sizes or colours on the same item. If more exchanges are required, we do not accepted responsibility for shipping fees.
  • Process: Follow the same steps as for a return. Just let our team know that you'd like a exchange. We’ll ship your replacement as soon as we receive the original item.
  • International Exchanges: At this time, we do not offer exchanges for international orders, but eligible items may be returned for a full refund.

Refunds

Full refunds (minus original shipping fee) will be processed back to the original payment method within 7-14 business days of our receiving your returned items. You’ll receive an email confirmation once your refund has been issued.

FREE Accepted Returns

Here is our list of acceptable reasons allowing for a free return/exchange:

  1. Incorrect Item Received – A different item was sent than the one ordered.
  2. Damaged or Defective – The item arrived damaged or with a manufacturing defect.
  3. Colour/Style Mismatch – The item’s color or style is different from what was ordered.
  4. Poor Quality – The item does not meet quality expectations.
  5. Item Not as Described – The product doesn’t match the online description or images.
  6. Delayed Delivery – Item arrived too late for its intended use.
