1. Orders and Payments
How do I place an Order?
Simply browse our collection, select your
preferred items and sizes, and add them to your cart. When you're ready, go to
checkout and follow the prompts to complete your order.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express,
PayPal, and ShopPay.
Can I change or cancel my order after it’s beenplaced?
If your order hasn’t shipped yet, please contact
us as soon as possible at ‘customers@szetheday.com’ We’ll do our best to
accommodate changes or cancellations. Once an order has been shipped, we can no
longer cancel the order.
How do I use a discount code?
Enter your discount code in the designated box
at checkout. Be sure to click “Apply” to see the discount reflected in your
total.

How long will my order take to arrive?
Delivery times vary based on your location and

Do you offer international shipping?
Yes, we ship to the UK, EU, and US. Additional
fees may apply for international orders.
How can I track my order?
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking
link via email. Click the link to monitor the status of your package.
What should I do if my package is delayed or lost?
If your package is delayed or hasn’t arrived,
please contact our support team at ‘customers@szetheday.com’ We’ll work with
the carrier to resolve any issues.
3. Returns & Exchanges
What is your return policy?
We accept returns only within 14 days of
delivery, as long as the items are in original condition with tags attached.

How do I return an item?
To initiate a return, please email us at ‘customers@szetheday.com’
with your order number. We’ll provide return instructions and address any
questions you may have (Please read our Returns Policy for more information).
Can I exchange an item for a different size orcolour?
Yes, exchanges are accepted within 14 days of
receipt, based on availability. Contact us at ‘customers@szetheday.com’ for
assistance.
How long does it take to process my refund?
Refunds are processed
within 10-12 business days once we receive and inspect your return. You’ll
receive an email confirmation once your refund is issued.

How do I find the right size?
We offer a size guide for each product on the
product page. If you’re unsure, feel free to contact us for advice on choosing
the best fit.
Are the colours of the items exactly as shown onthe website?
We strive to display product colours accurately,
but variations may occur due to screen settings and lighting.
Do you restock items that are sold out?
Some items may be restocked. If an item you like
is out of stock, feel free to sign up for restock alerts or check back
periodically.
5. Accounts & Privacy
Do I need to create an account to place anorder?
No, you can place an order as a guest. However,
creating an account allows you to track your order history and save your
details for faster checkout in the future.
How do you protect my personal information?

How can I reset my password?

Can I use more than one discount code on myorder?
Usually, only one discount code can be used per order

My discount code isn’t working. What should Ido?

At the moment, we do not offer a call handling
